Test Giver Registration

In order to create and administer your own test from the sample LOCUS items, you must create a user account on this site. This feature requires a different account from the account you use to administer the official LOCUS assessments. A site administrator will review your account and you will be notified via email once you are approved.

Please be sure to fill out all information below as completely as possible.

During registration, we will ask you to provide information about yourself, your institution, and the statistics course you teach. We will also ask you to provide an e-mail address that was assigned to you by your institution. This e-mail address will be your identification information for requesting access codes. Note: You only have to register once!
